1. Please
clear all personal items, furniture, pictures,
window blinds and pets within the work
area by the start date. We can
not held responsible for any lose or damages
to the items left in the work area. Any
delay caused by not clearing the work
area once we arrive on the scheduled date/time
will be the clients responsibility and
any extra time incurred due to this will
be added on the file bill. Due to liability
issues our staff can not move your personal
items.
2. If the client is providing parts and/or
materials please make sure it
is at the work location prior to our arrival.
If we have to purchase any items after
our arrival on the scheduled start date
there will be a pick up and delivery charge
for all parts and material. Unless stated
in the contract.
3. All permits and paper work
for the job must be completed and at the
work location prior to our arrival.
4. If client is responsible for contraction
waist please make sure it is ready by
the start date. Including dumpster and
it’s permits.
5. If you town requires a parking
permit it is the client's responsibility
to provide one for the contractor.
