Client Check List
What To Do Before We Arrive For Your Job

  1. Please clear all personal items, furniture, pictures, window blinds and pets within the work area by the start date. We can not be held responsible for any loss or damages to items left in the work area. Any delay caused by not clearing the work area, once we arrive on the scheduled date/time, will be the clients responsibility. Any extra time incurred due to this will be added on the final bill. Due to liability issues, our staff can not move personal items.

  2. If the client is providing parts and/or materials please make sure it is at the work location prior to our arrival. If we have to purchase any items after our arrival on the scheduled start date there will be a pick up and delivery charge for all parts and material, unless stated otherwise in the contract.

  3. All permits and paper work for the job must be completed and at the work location prior to our arrival.

  4. If the client wishes to dispose of and be held responsible for construction debris and waste, please make sure necessary dumpsters and/or sanitation equipment is ready by the start date. Dumpsters require permits obtainable at your local buildings department office.

  5. If your town requires a parking permit for visitors, it is the client's responsibility to provide one for the contractor.
