Policy and Conditions

1. Thomas GC Group LLC is a licensed, registered and insured contracting business in the state of New Jersey.



2. For any Work Estimate, you must get a consultation by appointment. No estimates will be provided without a site-visit.
   
   
   • Site-Visits are by appointment only. Initial visit and consultation is free. For all appointments and conference calls, sought after initial consultation, there will be a charge of $150/hr.
   
   
   • Initial site visits are free. For subsequent appointments without a signed contract, to further discuss your project or for advice, there is a fee of $150 per hour. After a signed contract and deposit, your work will be scheduled and we will be in contact with you regularly. You will receive updates on the status of your project from the start to the final details.
   
   
   • Detailed Work Estimates with Architectural/Engineering plans require ample time to review. There is an administrative charge of $150 per hour admin charge for Work Estimates accompanied by Architectural/Engineering plans and drawings.
   
   
   • Minimal one hour charge plus 30 min increment charge after initial hour on above items.
   
   
   • Our consultation rate may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our consultation rate at any time without further notice. To get the current up to date consultation rate please get in touch with our office for the most current rate.


3. A Work Estimate is NOT a contract.. Once an estimate is accepted and approved, client will receive a Work Contract from Thomas GC Group LLC. A Work Estimate is only an approximate calculation based on fundamental information of the work. The Work Contract will also reflect the estimated values. Upon completion of the work defined, the Final Invoice will display the true cost of labor and materials purchased.


4. To accept a Work Estimate, please contact us and a Work Contract, along with the Terms & Conditions of Contract, will be issued for you via DocuSign. You can contact us via email or call our office at (201) 674-1955.


5. The Work Estimate is only valid for 60 days from the estimate submission date. If we purchase and/or pick up any parts for this project, it will be billed directly to the client on the final bill unless agreed and stated above.
